B182T
Title: 750‰
Formulation: Ag 63%, Zn 2%
Hardness (as cast/after age-hardening 300ºC x 90′): 130 HV / 180 HV
Features:
- Highly deformable, easy to process
- Perfect on CNC milling and continuous casting processes
- Light yellow color (2N, “Italian” color) with extremely high shininess
YG281U
Title: 750‰
Formulation: Ag 34%, Zn 15%
Hardness (as cast/after age-hardening 450ºC x 90′): 135 HV / 210 HV
Features:
- As low as 34% silver in the formulation!
- Casting in closed systems, sheet and wire deformation
- Light yellow color
Y298T
Title: 585‰
Formulation: Ag 22%, Zn 13%
Hardness (as cast/after age-hardening 450ºC x 90′): 140 HV / 190 HV
Features:
- Conceived for making TIG tube in 585‰. Can be used also in 375‰
- High chemical resistance to hollowing
- Harder and more thermally resistant than similar products in the range
Y144HN
Title: 375‰
Formulation: Ag 18%, Zn 13%
Hardness (as cast/after age-hardening 450ºC x 90′): 150 HV / 195 HV
Features:
- Conceived for making TIG tube and hollow chain. Can be used also in 585‰
- Good chemical resistance to hollowing
- Good thermal resistance to annealing cycles
